our return policy is as follows:

However; if you are truly dissatisfied with the service, we will offer a store credit for the exchange of the product no longer desired. The cost for shipping & exchanging these materials will be at the expense of the purchaser.
**SHIPPING** Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
